By registering for or using DonatEazy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Use of Service
DonatEazy provides donor management, donation tracking, receipt generation, and communication tools for registered non-profit organizations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Data Ownership
All data entered by you (donor information, donation records, etc.) remains your property. DonatEazy will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
